This crowned jewel is not only beautiful, but the surrounding area that can be seen for miles is simply majestic. The pedestrian village is located at the base of the mountain and it is bustling with live entertainment and fine cuisine . There is virtually something for everyone with every taste.
Magicians, stilt-walkers and other entertainers can be seen throughout the village along with the many fine jazz and classical musicians. Crowds gather at the Tremblant village from Thursday through Sunday for the Saint-Bernard parade to watch dancers and musicians while witnessing some of the craziest live entertainment known to man. After a long day you can relax while taking in a Scandinavian bath or soothe sore muscles in their unique Finnish spa. A Swedish massage is also available for tired muscles that have been over worked from a long day of skiing or playing.
Water sports at the beach is also a favorite for the locals and tourists as there is no shortage of crystal clear lakes. Rafting, horseback riding, mountain climbing, gondola rides, tennis and golf are also high on the list of things to do while visiting Mont Tremblant. A favorite site for tourists is one of the oldest parks in the world. Provincial Park is home to more than 30 mammals, and the sightseeing, waterfalls, and hiking trails are some of the most beautiful and captivating in the area. Favorite pass times include canoeing, mountain biking, swimming, fishing, and camping.
The Mont Tremblant National Park draws in millions of visitors each year with its multitude of water adventures and breath taking scenic hikes. The Diable River is relaxing , peaceful and full of lush landscapes. It is a favorite for a lazy day canoe ride as a park ranger leads you on a guided tour while you sit back and take in the local sites. Another spectacular view that you will find in the park is Devil's Mountain which command's attention as it is the second highest peak in the Laurentian Mountains and visitors love exploring and photographing the varying trails and the unexpected sights along the trails. Picnics on Emerald Lake are a favorite as is taking in the majestic Devil's Falls located on the Lac des femmes trail.
Tremblant Village offers a large selection of bike rentals and inline skates at the Chalet des Voyageurs. Touring the local area is a refreshing experience as it is clean and refreshing. Wildlife thrives from the abundant greenery that is found almost everywhere you look, and ecology is extremely important to Canadians which is why it is important to learn about it while enjoying a scenic cross country bike tour. Guests will visit an ecological garden while resting up and sampling a native snack inside of a traditional tee-pee.
